Tovolo Large microwave cover: check clearance before choosing

Check room for the dish and cover

Keep the storage and microwave measurements separate. A cover can fold neatly into a cupboard while still being too wide or tall for the dish inside your microwave. Check the Large package’s usable inner space and expanded height against your own setup. Tovolo permits dishwasher cleaning, but its imagery explicitly excludes oven use; heat-resistant plastic does not make this an oven accessory.

The details that matter

A collapsible cover can save cupboard space, but it still needs enough room inside the microwave. Check the exact Large model against the turntable, interior width and tallest dish you plan to cover. The published dimensions and shared imagery are inconsistent, so confirm fit from the current package before buying.

What stands out

• Collapsing design reduces storage height.
• Vents give steam an exit; dishwasher compatibility simplifies cleanup.

Where to pause

• Large footprint and unknown expanded height require a fit check.
• Packaging imagery identifies it as unsuitable for an oven.

Make the decision

Check the Large cover against the microwave's turntable and your tallest dish. Compare storage height separately from expanded cooking clearance. Confirm dimensions and heating instructions from the package, and keep it out of a conventional oven.
